All athletes who have registered in Bike Odyssey 2016 should make valid their participation until 15.01.2016 under the regulations that exist in the Notice of the race. Those who will not validate their participation within the deadlines will be automatically put out of the organization losing any offers that have got.

Also, you should let us know if you are interested in any of the following benefits (except those who have already chosen the super package):
1. Please inform us if you want to be transferred by the buses of the organization
2. Please inform us if you want to stay in tent/closed space or room.

We would like to inform us as soon as possible in order to make a proper planning of the race. If you do not inform us, maybe later the programmed positions of transportation or accommodation have covered and you will not have the opportunity to change.
